1. Vacuuming: The Initial Step
The cleaning journey begins with comprehensive vacuuming. This step is fundamental as it prepares the rug for the cleaning stage by removing loose dirt and dust particles from the surface.
2. Pre-spray: Customized Treatment
Following the initial vacuuming, a pre-spray solution is applied to the rug. The solution is carefully selected based on the rug’s material, be it synthetic or natural fibers. This customization is crucial as wool, silk, cotton, and rayon rugs can easily be ruined by the wrong cleaning agent.
3. Agitation: In-Depth Cleaning
Post pre-spray application, we use a gentle Counter Rotating Brush (CRB) machine. This machine allows the cleaning solution to gently penetrate deeply into every fiber and weave of the rug.

4. Extraction: Removing the soils.
The last step in our procedure is the extraction phase, executed exclusively using the Very Low Moisture (VLM) method. This method is chosen over Hot Water Extraction (HWE) as it avoids leaving rugs wet on tile or wood floors, which is essential for maintaining the condition of both the rug and the floor. The VLM method ensures efficient removal of residual dirt while maintaining the rug’s texture and appearance.
