1. Preliminary Vacuuming:
The journey to a clean carpet begins with a thorough vacuuming. 2. Pre-spray Application:
Once the preliminary vacuuming is complete, we apply an advanced, encapsulating pre-treatment. This means that they are designed to form a crystalline shell around the dirt particles, effectively detaching them from the carpet fibers. The encapsulated particles are then ready for extraction or further vacuuming. Our use of encapsulating solutions guarantees that the cleaning reaches the roots of the fibers and ensures the removal of ingrained dirt.

3. Agitation – A Critical Differentiator:
This is the step where we stand out from most cleaners. Agitation is performed using a Counter Rotating Brush (CRB) machine. This machine enables the cleaning solution to be throughly scrubbed into every part of the carpet fibers, ensuring not a single fiber is left untouched. Additionally, the CRB machine excels in extracting debris or pet hair entrenched in the carpet—elements that normal vacuuming often leaves behind.
4. Extraction – Dual Processes for Enhanced Cleaning: Finally, we present two processes for extraction.
Hot Water Extraction (HWE): Also known as steam cleaning, this method involves flushing the carpets with water to intensively remove soil, dirt, hair, or pet urine from the carpet. This thorough process may need extended drying times, but the results are worth the wait, leaving your carpet profoundly cleaned.
Very Low Moisture (VLM): In contrast, the VLM method utilizes a rotating cotton or microfiber pad attached to a machine. This pad absorbs the soil from the carpet. Any remaining soil gets encapsulated by the cleaning solution, dries, and is vacuumed up afterward. With minimal liquid usage, this method promises speedy drying times.
